Just go in the subject you’re looking for and they’ll give you a list of subtopics – texts, full curriculum, workbooks, etc. In the upper grades it’s going to be a bit more difficult to find, but it’s got to be out there.
Spectrum might produce what you’re looking for? As far as I know, Rainbow carries those.
